    I went to my site today to find it is a mess. there is a type of script or code running across it and my posts are mixed up on the front page. I’m not a technical person and I really need help!

    Have you gone through the troubleshooting steps in this thread?

    See if deactivating ALL plugins and switching to the default theme fixes that issue. If so, reverse your steps one by one to find out what’s causing it.

    I don’t see any code on your site; not sure what you mean by posts messed up. Try clearing your browser cache or try another browser. Also, I see quite a few active plugins on your site still.

    I’m playing around with a new theme. I’ve just changed it back. this kind of code is what I mean:  JFIF ;CREATOR: gd-jpeg v1.0 (using IJG JPEG v62), quality = 90 C C   ” -  } !1A Qa”q 2 #B R$3br %&'()*456789:CDEFGHIJSTUVWXYZcdefghijstuvwxyz

    it’s pushing the posts about.

    I know what it is now. It is when I connect the site with jetpack and with wordpress.

    Is this with a theme “Premise”? Is that a commercial theme?

    millennimum

    @millennimum

    getpremise.com is Point-and-Click Membership Sites and Landing Pages using WordPress by Copyblogger media. They have a fantastic educational program re: copy/marketing/online too. I’m slowly getting my way around their stuff. all worth checking out. lots of valuable free stuff too! copyblogger.com

    My theme though is The Style by Elegant themes.

    This thread is marked resolved – is it?

    millennimum

    @millennimum

    Well, I know what went wrong, so yes, but now I’d love to know how I can use jetpack connected to wordpress without it messing my site up! should I start a new thread?
