I’m trying to add my ads.txt file information, within the advanced ads settings tab, but keep getting the following error message when I try and save – “An error occured: cURL error 6: Couldn’t resolve host ‘tempehtantrums.com’.”

Tried to figure out what has gone wrong, but haven’t been able to solve it yet, so hoping you can help!

    Hi tomeldon,

    thanks for reaching out.

In the last case where I have seen this, the site’s SSL certificate was invalid. It could also be a mix of HTTPS vs. HTTP in your site’s settings.

Does any of that sound familiar?

    Thanks,
    Thomas

    Hi Thomas,

Thanks for coming back to me. I’m not too sure about the HTTPS / HTTP settings, but your suggestion prompted me to disable all of the plugins, except advanced ads, and this then allowed the ads.txt file to be added to the root domain.

Still seems to be working now i’ve reactivated all of the plugins, so I think the issue has been resolved.

    Thanks for your help!
