    I’m having issues with this plugin on a site. It’s basically collecting no data, or at least not displaying the data in the dashboard. I have this plugin installed across multiple sites and this site is the only one having issues.

    I have reset the plugin, reset authorisation and completely uninstalled it but when I reinstall it again I’m seeing no traffic. I can confirm that there is traffic because I can see it in the Google Search Console.

    Any advice appreciated.

    Thanks for reaching out. I’m sorry you’re running into that issue.

    1. I’m seeing multiple installations of GA:

    We’d recommend a single implementation.

    3. Which UA code are you using for ExactMetrics?

    4. I suspect that EU GDPR plugin you’re using is blocking all the GA scripts on this site, and likely something is going wrong with the acceptance upon reload.

    5. If removing the above implementations doesn’t fix the issue, can you please take a screen capture of the filters you have in Google Analytics and paste a link to them here?
