    A fresh installation of Ultimate Member works. I have tested it and I invested lots of time in it.

    But believe me…. -you are fucked when you want to work with a page that was working fine before the 2.0 update.

    Im not the programmer… -you tell me.

    OK. Issue 1 and I have asked this question many times before:

    Sites with updated versions of Ultimate Member seem to have a subdirectory called “ultimatemember” in their themes-folder but many others dont.

    Where do I find the text of old mails when there is no ultimatemember subdirectory?

    Hi @pan21,

    Ultimate member 2.0+ saves your emails from Settings -> Emails to your theme’s (Child theme if active) folder/ultimatemember directory, however, if you’ve reuploaded/fully updated your theme the ultimatemember directory may have been overwritten, that’s why you should always use a child theme.

    Ultimate member 1.3.8 didn’t have this option and ultimate member folder should be created manually.
