Hi Eva, I would like to ask you for help.
I’m doing one feed for a book store. There is ISBN code filled for all the products. However, I need to put EAN code to the feed. So, on the Field mapping settings page I mapped ISBN value to the HEUREKA.CZ ATTRIBUTES (EAN). But EAN should be a number without any other symbols like dashes which are typical for ISBN. So, on the Feed filters and rules settings page, I wanted to manipulate a little with the EAN field. But can’t see it in IF combo box.
Moreover, I wanted at least to replace dashes in ISBN so I set up this rule (https://ctrlv.cz/NIlM). But when it’s saved and reviewed it’s changed to (https://ctrlv.cz/p4br) and does not work as expected.

    Hi Michal,

Thanks for reaching out and using our plugin.

The replace rule can only replace entire strings and the than field also needs to be filled.

    For example:
When “Product name” contains “red” than “color” = red

It can’t do what you are trying to do with the dashes. With regards to the replace option you selected: we apologise, the replace option should not have been in the drop-downs for you to select as this is still a feature we are working on and as you noticed it isn’t working yet.

    All the best

Thanks for your quick response, Georgina. What about the first part of my question?

“I’m doing one feed for a book store. In fact I’d like to keep ISDN as it is.
What I would like to change is (almost) customly mapped field EAN.

I am not sure I understand what your question is?

If I understand correct you used want to put your ISBN into the Heureka EAN field?

That can be achieved by, on the field mapping page, map Heureka’s EAN field to the ISBN attribute you created like this:
    https://www.dropbox.com/s/1iofc8si0cf00ng/ISBN.png?dl=0

    Hope this helps?

    Best,
    Eva

Yes, it was my original intention.
But also, I wanted to know, why I can’t make a rule or filter for custom fields made on mapping page, but only for the standard field.

Also, I noticed, that file for Heureka begins with>
    <SHOP xmlns=”http://www.zbozi.cz/ns/offer/1.0″>
    zbozi.cz is totaly different service.

    Hi Michal,

Adding filters and rules on custom fields added by users is, unfortunately, not part of our plugin. We just haven’t build that yet.

With regards to the Heureka XML header. Both Zbozi and Heureka share the exact same XML requirements and are accepting each others feeds so that should be working fine. However, just to “make it look nice”, we pushed out a new release this morning that also changes the header into Heureka.

    All the best
    Eva
