It’s running on IIS using ISAPI Rewrite to create more SEO friendly URLs. The only thing that I am having problems with is the posts_nav_link command, which only works when taking visitors from page 1 to page 2 and back. Beyond page 2, the index.php gets added into the link and the “Sorry, no posts matched your criteria.” error message is displayed. You can see this error by visiting the blog and click on “Next Page” twice.

Is this something to address in the ISAPI Rewrite rules? If so, can anyone help me out with the line that I am missing from the rules.
