 * Hey guys,
 * I’ve noticed from this ticket:
    [is_tax() fails with a parameter  That I can’t
   use is_tax(‘something’) because it’s basically ‘broken’ in the core of WP. Is
   this true?
 * If so, how would I get [that .diff patch](http://core.trac.wordpress.org/attachment/ticket/10721/query.php.diff)
   to work? I’ve never used one before.
