is_page_template( 'mytemplate.php' ) doesn't work

    Hello,
    My theme has a template for blog excerpt (i.e. blog-excerpt.php)

    So I’m trying to put a conditional tag:

    is_page_template( ‘blog-excerpt.php’ ) as no one else work (
    (neither is_page nor is_single)

    Surprisingly,
    is_page_template( ‘blog-excerpt.php’ ) doens’t work either.

    Any help please ?
