is_home() not working after domain name change

    I just graduated my WP site dev.ccchico.com to ccchico.com today. Not that hard, but any plugins that rely on is_home() have stopped working. They still work on dev.ccchico.com (which is just a CNAME to ccchico.com at this point).

    I’ve checked the General Settings a dozen times…

    P.S. I used define('RELOCATE',true); to change the site URL.
