Is your plugin still supported? I have a fatal error on client website in backend (not front end). I’ve spent many hours process of elimination with deactivating all plugins, liaising with hosting, reading the error log etc. Causing major issues with the cart and adding products & free freight functionality.

There is a fatal error caught within your plugin that seems to be causing issues with website.

Woocommerce website, when we add an item into the cart, it doesn’t go into the cart sometimes, and activates freight instead of applying the free freight.

The other issue also is we add a product into the Cart, it doesn’t reach the cart, but shows Freight instead of the product , and not added the product to the cart. And it should still be free freight.

We have free freight set for orders over $100 A and over $250 for International.

There are a number of issues. Could you help with this error please and investigate this error causing major issues with freight in the cart and adding?

This error is causing the FREE Freight NOT to work properly when adding products to the cart AND not allowing some products to land in the actual cart.

Please advise urgently as site not working.
