Hi again,
I showed your extension to a friend of mine, and he really liked it. He installed the 30-day trial version, but he’s having a problem. It’s not working in Safari. It works fine in Mobile Safari, but not in Desktop Safari. He’s tried it on multiple Macbooks, and it’s not working in Safari on any of them.
I use Linux as my operating system, so I can’t test it myself. Is there a general problem with Safari, or is there a problem with some versions of Safari? Can you check it out?

Motive is compatible with Safari versions from 15.6 and above. If their version is compatible and they are still having issues, they can contact us at support@motive.co and we will further investigate this behavior.
