    Thank you for reaching out to Tidio Support.
    My name is Kamil, and I’ll gladly help you with the question you have.

    Unfortunately, we’re not WCAG compliant as of now; most of the things are working fine. However, we didn’t have an audit yet, as we know some of the labels, for example, are missing, so we can’t say we’re compliant.

    But that’s something that we’d love to have in the future.

    Hi Kamil,

    Do you have a timeframe for when the audit will be performed?

    Being WCAG compliant will truly be a Unique Selling Proposition for your brand, as very few services in this space offer such.

    Unfortunately we do not have an ETA on that, so I’m not able to tell when we’ll be oficially WCAG compliant, I’m sorry 🙁
