Hi, the plugin looks fantastic! Is this the only plugin I need? And will it work with wpbruiser?

    Thanks Luke

One more thing to add, I’ll be using wps hide login can I still use that? And I’m going to using wp rocket for my caching, is there any settings I shouldn’t use? In regards to everything working properly with the shield.

    Thanks,
    Luke

Hi Luke, glad to hear you like how Shield looks. As far as we’re concerned there would be no need to have any other security plugin installed alongside Shield.

As to wpbruiser, we can’t say – we’ve never used it. But there should be no problem to run things alongside Shield but if you do spot trouble, let us know and we’ll investigate.

As to caching, it’s important to understand how you’re optimising your site and what problems aggressive caching can bring. If I remember correctly WP Rocket honours certain WP directives when it comes to not caching certain pages (which we use), so that shouldn’t cause issues.

But you’ll want to read a bit more about page caching in particular and also how to approach caching when optimising site speed. Have a quick look at these:

Let us know if you have any other questions.
    Thanks.
