Is this supposed to still work? I just get a blank screen on post

    Installed, created my charts with no problems. But on the post and page screens when selecting the chart from the media screen as instructed it inserts a shortcode, to be expected; but after posting the chart is nowhere to be found. The shortcode did absolutely nothing. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling, still nothing. Did it stop working on latest WordPress release? Is it still supported here?
