Is this spam? Contact form7 / quiz

quiz is setup correctly, and did work when it was set up a year ago, now when i test it and answer the question correctly (scooter) I get “Is this spam?” message and no message is sent.

I have tried removing my own quiz and it reverts to 1+1=
when you insert 2 it still says spam message

Any ideas?
