[Resolved] Is this Possible to Back-up links that I have created on Pretty Link

  • Hi,
I just love this plugin and using since last 5 months on my site themophiles.com.

But since last 3-4 days after its new update I am experiencing a problem. “The Pretty Link” option is not showing on the left-side of the WP- Admin control panel and to open it I need to use the url structure that i have bookmarked previously. Please tell me how to solve this?

Otherwise I want to deactivate and delete the plugin and then re-install it. but I am afraid that I will loose all my previously made links. is there any way to back it up. thanks.

    Regards !

    Themophiles.

second thing. the problem that “The Pretty Link” option is still not showing on the left-side of the WP- Admin control panel even after re-installing it. I don’t know why this happened or still happening.

If you want to see it by yourself please give me your private email address if you want to see inside my website i will send you the login and password detail of my website.

It may be a plugin conflict. Or if you have a lot of hits, some strange things can happen. If you head to the Options page in Pretty Link (/wp-admin/admin.php?page=pretty-link/prli-options.php) you will see the option to Trim hits at the bottom. Give that a try.

The information for Pretty Link is stored in these tables: http://cl.ly/Q01G

I tried to remove all hits data..but its not working 🙁

Have you tried deactivating all your other plugins temporarily to see if it’s a conflict from one of them?
