Is this possible in WordPress?

    I have a school website with a feature that allows teachers to login and enter daily homework assignments. Here’s a link Can I do this with WordPress/ how? I’d like the page to display the same way with the list of teachers and the days of the week for entering homework.

    looking through wp it seems that maybe using custom fields will allow me to do this? Am I in the right direction?

    I’ve seen some education sites using WP but each teacher has his/ her own page. I want to create a page for each cluster(group) of teachers to post homework. Does anyone know of any sites that I can see and maybe get some ideas?
