# Is this plugin working?

 * Like the another user “queensratchet”, **I can´t receive chat messages** from
   this plugin.
 * I have the plugin installed properly in wordpress and the domain configured in
   wp-chat.com. The offline messages (to email) works fine, but I can´t receive 
   any online message, neither in the wp-chat “Online Chats” tab or in the android
   app, it´s all empty.
 * Someone is using this plugin with the latest version of WP (4.5.3)? Any ideas
   about this problem?

 * No it’s not and the owner doesn’t respond to messages. I tried to use it on my
   site [RatchetQueens.com](http://www.ratchetqueens.com) and it didn’t work.

   was found.
 * Server- and client chat was tested and works.
    Your chat must have status “online”
   to receive chat messages.
