Is This Plugin Still Supported?

Hello, everyone. I haven’t seen too many topics resolved lately and was wondering if this plugin is still supported. Additionally, it hasn’t been updated in some time. The latest version (1.7.1) still seems to work well with WordPress 3.6.1, however.
Does anyone know of an alternative plugin that receives regular support and updates?
