@amanda789 – The short answer is yes, its still supported. BUT, it makes no money, so its not our primary focus day to day. As a team of only 2 people supporting multiple popular plugins (over 600k active sites), we have recently been prioritizing the plugins that generated revenue so we can try to grow the team next year.
We will of course be circling back full steam to UM once we get through our current plans for Popup Maker.
I’ll try to get some time to clean up the unanswered tickets soon.
