Is this plugin safe from race condition?

    Hi there, I am preparint a voting site that could get lots of traffic, so I was researching a bit what the risks are. Apparently there can happen race conditions when users edit custom fields at the same time… so I was wondering: Is this plugin preventing this and would be safe to use for heavy traffic?
