• Hi,
I’ve just tried the sandbox pro version. Is this plugin really working? I created a very simple table using an xlsx sheet (7 columns, 8 rows). The plugin simply ignored some of the data. I tried the same data with a google spreadsheet: no luck. See for yourself:

The responsive view would be very poor.

The lite version in my live installation didn’t work at all. It simply did not show any data in the frontend. Nothing, but the title and the credits.

    Am I missing anything here?

Hi there, thank you for your inquiry,

The plugin is definitely working, and we believe that yes, you missed some points:
    – The header in your example has 2 rows, and only one row is supported. The columns which have blank cells in first row were probably skipped.
    – For responsive mode: did you follow the instructions (enable responsiveness for the table, then chose which columns you would like to hide on mobiles and tablets?)
    – As for the Lite version – did you check the JS console? Such problems happen when something on the website (usually not our plugin) throws some JS errors.

    Thanks!
