 * We do development on GitHub, but it’s in a private repository, with no access
   to it outside of the company. There’s not a way to submit a PR to it.

    Why don’t you want community contribute to this plugin? WooCommerce,
   for example, is developed publicly and anyone can contribute. Sorry for being
   blunt but look at the reviews and all these support requests. You are obviously
   not doing very well. I find it very strange that you don’t want other people 
   to help you.
