Hi @nikkag, we plan to adapt the plugin to the latest API version in the near future.
Meanwhile, you should still be able to access the XML API according to the instructions provided by DHL Express:
https://developer.dhl.com/api-reference/dhl-express-xml#get-started-section/ – Get Access
As soon as the relevant update is ready, we will let you know in a separate message.
Best regards,
Tomek

Hi @tograczyk, I had already followed those instructions and requested credentials with the online procedure but DHL Italy Support Team write me that “in any case if this plugin uses an obsolete scheme you will not be able to use it regardless of your credentials.“
Meanwhile I received the DHL credential, the API Connection Status of your plugin is now OK and it seems to work.
I don’t understand… Maybe I risk that the shipping cost calculation is wrong?
I’m also interested in the PRO version, I’d like to know when it will be adapt to the latest API version.
Thanks
Hi @nikkag, these changes do not affect the shipping cost calculation. It looks like DHL Express recommends using the new API, but the old one is still supported during the transition period, as evidenced by the fact that you were able to access it.
We can’t declare specific dates yet, as it requires thorough testing, I can share with you that we are currently working on updating the plugins (both free and PRO), so the appropriate changes will happen soon.
Best regards,
Tomek
Hi @nikkag, just wanted to share with you that work on the update is underway, and we plan to have an update next week that will allow you to use the MyDHL API in our DHL Express plugin.
Best regards,
Tomek
Hi @nikkag, in case you missed it, we added support for MyDHL REST API in the latest version of the plugin.
If you have any additional questions, just let me know!
Best regards,
Tomek
