 * I tried to use this plugin today (Aug 19), and it’s not even connecting to the
   host. I used it last week no problem. I tested it with other versions of WordPress
   as well as locally, and I was still getting the same issue. Is this plugin no
   longer being supported?

 * There’s a conflict issue with WordPress 4.6. If you install older version (like
   4.5.3) then it works.

 * [@whiteoakcreative](https://wordpress.org/support/users/whiteoakcreative/) That’s
   interesting as I can’t seem to get it to work on any version. It looks like the
   plugin developer’s API access to Google is offline.
 * In fact, the whole thing looks kinda dodgy as the data appears to have been routed
   through the developer’s site rather than directly with Google. Seems like he
   just harvested everyone’s data and abandoned the plugin. Maybe I am paranoid
   though!

 * Actually just noticed this in the plugin description:
 * _Due to Google policies, Blogger API v3 are only accessible through manually
   approved web services, so, any imported content (posts, pages, comments, etc…)
   go through our web service, only public contents are processed, no private data,
   no anything else._
