Support » Plugin: WP-Backgrounds Lite » Is This Plugin Compatible With Custom Community Theme?

  • Resolved Liltiger

    Hi There,

I’m trying this plugin and would love to use it, but I’m unsure whether I have the incorrect settings or if it’s just not compatible with the Custom Community Theme.

I don’t have the full width setting on, but the link area is only a tiny portion after the footer.

I believe it has #outterrim, #innerrim, and a #container. Is there a way to modify it so that the sides can be clickable?

    Much Thanks,

can you post a link to yiur website please? I’m not familiar with the Custom Community Theme and I need to check the source code.

Thanks for getting back in touch w/ me!

I’ll have the background skin on the about page as an example since I haven’t figured out how to make it on the index/homepage:

    I really appreciate the help!

Go to Settings > WP-Backgrounds Lite and enter following values:

Z-index value of background layer: 2
ID or class of the content container/wrapper: #outerrim,#footer,#header,#container
Z-index value of content layer: 5
Position of the content container/wrapper: relative

Oh also, I’m using the #container setting. I just shrank the window and the header border is looking off, so I wonder if it has something to do w/ the header.

I just saw your reply after I made the second comment, but holy smokes, your new values work w/ the #container class id & it doesn’t mess up the header!!!

I’m really excited to play around with this. Thanks so much!
