 * Wondered if this effects of hover on a grid, showinng a picute full behind it,
   is a plugin or a theme? Does anyone knows the name?

 * I found out that it´s wordpress, but has no plugins according to some sites that
   detect plugins at wordpress sites.
 * Talked to a wordpress developer who´s going to built that for me…
