It’s likely one of them is causing the issue. Also, keep both plugins and wordpress updated. * [@electric_sh0ck](https://wordpress.org/support/users/electric_sh0ck/) As this is community for free plugins, themes and WP issues, we are not allowed to complain about paid issues (since their support is provided elsewhere). I have seen people being warned about that. * Some of us are programmers or wp developers, let’s try to help each other. I have no sympathy at this point as I have posted two tickets on they are support forum and a topic here and I received nothing for the money I paid. It doesn’t matter if you are a free user or paid as either way people don’t seem to be getting any support.
