Is there problem if delete woo commerce plugin ?

Would like to ask : Is there problem with my web if I delete
WooCommerce plugin that I have deactivated ?I don’t have any back up for my web. Don’t know how to do it yet.
My web i.e. http://www.metrokidwear.com
[ twenty twelve theme ]Would like to delete this plugin because I don’t use it.
Appreciate for any help and advise.
