Is there any way to send confirmation email to user on after registration ?

    Yes, confirmation emails are sent to the user upon registration.

    If emails are not being received, there are quite a few reasons that could happen, none of which have much to do with the plugin.

    Probably the best thing you could do is to use an SMTP plugin so that wp_mail sends via an SMTP server. That is far more reliable that relying on your web server. There is info in that post linked above about that.
