Is this a custom capability that you’ve created through Capability Manager Enhanced? Or did you create it through a plugin?
The truth is i don’t remember, i think i created it with Capability Manager using the “Add Capability” field+button.
@josemetal7 As you noted, renaming a capability would require applying that name change in each role that contains it. CME does not currently provide such a tool, and I don’t remember seeing it in any other role editor plugins either.
How many roles are involved? Would it be feasible for you to manually add a new capability to each role that currently has this one? You wouldn’t need to do it for each user, just each role.
The’re only 2 user roles (appart from admin and shop manager), but the capability depends on the user, so i have like 40% users with that capability.
@josemetal7 Do you mean you have a uniquely named capability for each user?
Or are you assigning the same custom capability directly to a user (rather than to a role)?
