Is there any way to get iframes to embed?

I want to use amazon links in my blog posts. I know it works if you don’t switch back to the visual editor, but I need to be able to edit the posts and such.

I’ve tried the “iframe” pluggin and I’ve embedded various codes into my theme function that other people say works. Nada, they don’t work. I’m kind of a newb and I don’t have much programming know-how. This is the one thing about WP that really bums me out.

If there is no solution, would anybody have any recommendations for a better CMS that is iframe friendly?
