    Hi there!

I have multiple internal links on my posts, and some of them appeared twice on the same post. However, when I searched for [GEN Z] (which is the phrase I’m actually looking for), it ranked as the second instead of appearing at the top.

The phrase [GEN Z] appeared 8 times in the post [What is Gen Z expecting from luxury fashion], while it only appeared twice in the top result [Are digital fashion weeks here to stay?], both are from the linked text.

Is there any way to disable linked text search? Or if it’s possible to adjust the weight so as to make the [GEN Z] post appeared on top?

I’ve tried adjusting the relevant weight for the title and the content, but it didn’t work:(

One more thing — is it possible to show and highlight matched content in the result page? Like displaying the section where the keyword matches the blog post content?

    Many thanks!!!
    This plugin saves my day:)

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

The issue is the “z” which is a single letter and falls outside the boundary. A search for “gen z” with the quotes gives you the first post.

If you set the weight of the title to something large like 10000 and the content to 1 does it give you a better order of the result?

The highlighted matching you mentioned is something I’m working on. Essentially if you click through a post from the results page, it will highlight the text in the title and content of the post selected.

    Great it’s working for me!!!

Thank you so much for providing this awesome plugin! Love it!

I’m marking it as resolved 🙂
