Is there any way, in my WP-Config file, etc. to manually whitelist IPs?

Rather than having to visit your website and enter an IP that should be deleted, only to possibly have the IP get blocked again, is there any way (in your plugin, etc.) that we can manually enter IP addresses that should be considered as whitelisted and allowed through without any issues? This would be very much appreciated. I’m just trying to figure out how I can accomplish this.

    Please let me know.
    Gary

PS: I had an IP from “UptimeRobot.com” that was being blocked and I want to somehow, permanently, allow this IP through so it doesn’t get blocked. Please let me know what options are available.
