Is there any support for this plug in as there appears no response to help ?

I have a plug in problem with the paid version, it just doesn’t work, no response, I see I am not alone. I believe this was one of the plug in’s bought out a while back and have received new owner requests to contact them but these go to a 404 page. what’s going on?
