# Is there an Automatic Link Hack?

 * Is there a plugin/hack that whenever you blog and you put someones name down 
   it sets it as a link to where you want the link to go. Instead of typing the 
   HTML link code for peoples site it does it automatically when you type someones
   name.

 * There is indeed……phpGiggle is one, and I’m sure there are others too, but their
   names escape me right now.

   Auto-hyperlink URLs LL might have done one, but even if he hasn’t, he has done

 * It would be easy to tweak the one I posted [in this thread](http://wordpress.org/support/10/16105),
   this one converts all links to google redirects (to prevent pagerank bonus for
   spammers) but you could easily just remove all the google mentions and it would
   just convert them to normal links.
