Is there a WP plugin downloader available?

    I have a number of preferred PlugIns that I use for various client websites. When I start a new site, I like to have the latest version of theses plugins available for installation.

    I found a couple of multi-plugin installers, but that wont work for some of my plugins. So I’d like to DOWNLOAD all of my preferred plugins to my computer, then selectively upload the ones I want to install via FTP.

    Is there something LIKE the multi-plugin installer that simply downloads a list of plugins, rather than actually installing them?

    I found WPCore, which I like – but I’d prefer to have the plugins on my own box and upload from there.
