is there a way to "view article first, before commenting on forum" on wordpress

    I want to setup a website which is based on articles, and people have to view the article first, before they can comment – is there a way to do this with wordpress?

    any comments would be greatly appreciated

    I guess this depends on the theme you are using.

    For a start, you could only display excerpts on the front page, which would guarantee they have to at least click on the article.

    It seems like you are possibly having some other issue with comments?
