Is there a way to include header and footer in the glotpress page

You can create a custom template to use for your install but it does require you to manage keeping it up to date with the one that ships with GP.

To use a custom template, copy the gp-templates directory to somewhere else in your site and then add the GP_TMPL_PATH define to your wp-config.php and set it to the path.

You can then edit the header/footer files in your custom template file and add any html/code you like.
