Hi, I’m experiencing issues with this plugin. It appears to be related to issues to database fields and stored data that I cannot remove currently. Potentially, if I remove the plugin completely (including its stored data) it would resolve the problem. I’ve tried uninstalling/reinstalling the plugin but the previous saved data/settings still show up. My goal is to uninstall the plugin, and then remove all its saved data (i.e. like it was never installed; complete removal; i can delete things in the database if needed but i can seem to find where it is) and then reinstall and setup again.

the issues im facing can be seen here:

this issue started when I tried to add a checkbox. I’ve since removed this field but i now get the error every time, regardless of if the field is present or not. As soon as I add a checkbox, value filed or radio field the error reappears.

    thanks.

UPDATE: I believe the issue is related more to the rating field.

    Hi @kierandmi,

    Please follow the steps below:

    1. Navigate to Dashboard > wpDiscuz > Forms admin page, delete the comment forms, and create it again.
    2. Go to the Dashboard > Comments > wpDiscuz > Settings admin page, go to each Settings Tab one by one, and click on “Reset Tab Options”, then click on the “Save Changes” button
    3. Delete all caches, press CTRL+F5(twice) on the frontend, and check again.

Hi, thanks for your reply. I’ve completed your steps but the error is still occurring.

Editing the comment in the backend works fine once (i.e. the first time). However, if I then edit the comment for a second time when the rating field is active it throws the attached error. I can edit the comment ongoing, many times, if the rating field is left empty.

If the rating field is the issue, are you able to provide some css that i can add that will style a default radio button field like the rating field? I believe your rating field is largely that anyways, perhaps this will be a suitable workaround for me. To confirm, there is no errors when i use the default radio buttons field and i seem to be able to edit the comments ongoing.
