Is there a way to force a CF7 email into Outbound Messages

I am using CF7 with CF7-DTX to allow a customer to respond to emails through links embedded in inbound emails sent through CF7.

For example. Someone misplaces a password (this doesn’t need to be secure more of a marketing thing). So they got to I forgot my password and send an email. The inbound email they receive has a link they can click that will send them the appropriate password.
It is that final email where the password is sent to them that I would like to force into the outbound emails list.

Is there an additional setting flag for it? Or will there be?

There are other emails being sent from the site that should be outbound also this was just one example.
