Yes, this is possible. You will need two TablePress Extensions: https://tablepress.org/extensions/shortcode-filter-get-parameter/ and https://tablepress.org/extensions/datatables-auto-filter/
In addition, to make this work, a code change is necessary: https://wordpress.org/support/topic/automatic-filtering-by-url-parameter/#post-10149102
