Is there a third party app that can send a text when a chat is sent?

    Hello, we’re loving the plugin so far, but we’re wondering if there a way (or app/plugin) that would send a text or some other form of notification outside of having to be in front a system with WP Dashboard open?

    Thank you for getting in touch, we are so glad to hear you are enjoying WP Live Chat Support!

    Unfortunately, we only support desktop notifications when logged into the site currently. In addition, it is also possible to enable email notifications if this is preferred.

    In the future, we may look into other options for notifications.
