Is there a step-by-step guide, or is this plugin usable by newbies?

Hello –

My site is really slow and I am looking for ways to speed it up. I added WP Rocket, and that helped a little, but not enough. I am interested in trying this plugin, but I am nervous that it is over my head and that I won’t understand what I’m doing.

Is there a step-by-step guide out there somewhere, or is there a wizard that helps the newbies configure it? Or, is this plugin designed only for experienced people?
