Is there a sitemap plugin that will do a whole site…

    I am running wordpress as a CMS tool and I have lots of other pages that need to be included in a google sitemap. I have found no plugin that will sitemap more than just wordpress. Does anyone know of a plugin that will do a whole site and just not wordpress?

    Right now I am manually running a program to build a sitemap but would really like the auto generated one like the Google Sitemap plugin.

    I did try to use that plugin, but I have about 5,000 pages that are not part of wordpress and would be a logistical nightmare since I am adding several hundred pages a week that are not in wordpress.
    Any Ideas?
    Or if anyone knows a php script that I can add to my website so I can just have the server run it as a cron job.
