Is there a plugin to manually keep a record from the front end?

I am having issue looking for the plugin because I don’t know what to look for, only what I want.

I am wanting to allow myself and members to manually add names and details to a record. We play games together and they have taken to writing down their grievances alongside the name of the player and what game it occurred in so that they can get revenge and strikethrough the name. I think it would bring more website activity for me if I could bring this to it. Any ideas of anything that could accomplish this? Bonus points if it can be be multiple pages, as I suspect our list to be more of an overwhelming to-do list than a few names with strikethoughs on them.
