Is there a plugin to maintain user profiles and their image galleries

I’m working on a site which will feature profiles of users (who aren’t users on the blog). These profiles will have some text, images and some other fields. In addition to this basic profile, each profile will have one or more image galleries. One profile can have multiple galleries, but one gallery can be ‘owned’ by only one profile.

I have been looking around the plugin database for keywords like author, galleries, image library, artist, photographer, profile etc., but I haven’t found any plugin that does this.

Is there such a plugin or will I have to create custom taxonomies/post types to achieve this functionality?
