Is there a plugin that will let me customize the way my theme is responsive?

    I just built a site for a client using the SmallBiz drag and drop responsive theme. And it does resize in mobile devices. But, we realized, it doesn’t remove the banner and stack the content like almost every other responsive theme I have used. Did we get ripped off, is it technically responsive if nothing stacks? (It just gets smaller.)

    Is there a plug-in that anyone knows of that will make this theme responsive in the way we want it to be? Where everything stacks into one column?
