Is there a Plugin that changes View Site hyperlink to open in new window?

    I’m currently using a plugin called Hide Dashboard http://www.deepwave.net/articles/hide_dashboard/ and it works well to hide Dashboard and Profile tabs within site for non-administrator user levels.

    But when I click on view site hyperlink or preview post within post itself window comes up with Dashboard and Profile in the top right of the blog web page which is what I’m trying to hide.

    Any ideas?
