Is there a plugin for database like search

    Hi, I’m not sure what exactly its called what I’m looking for, so I’m finding it hard to find it.

    I’m looking for a plugin which allows you to make a searchable list with hyperlinks, quickly look at this persons site to know what i mean.

    and when a link is clicked on it has this the same each time:

    nerdy site i know, but i remember it from many years ago and would like something similar for my site.
